Best home sale experience I have ever been involved in. Cheryl made the selling of my Fathers home a very painless and to tell the truth, a very enjoyable event. From the moment she entered the home to speak with us about the process of pricing, listing, showing and selling the home, it was very clear Cheryl was a professional we needed. Her strong knowledge of this market and the buyers was spot on. She spoke with confidence and listened to us, really listened. My Father and Cheryl worked out a listing price.
